Most answers are below. To ask for a new file format, name the bank, payer, or software in the form. Never send us a file.

Ask for a file format

If a tool could not read or verify your file, tell us which bank, payer, or software produced it. Type the name yourself. Do not send the file, and do not paste anything from it.

Only the tool and the name you type are sent. Requests are counted, and the most requested formats are built first from public or made-up sample files.

Common questions

Do you ever see my files?

No. Files are opened and processed by your browser on your computer. There is no upload feature anywhere on the site, and the medical billing pages are built so they cannot make network requests at all.

Can I email you a file that will not open?

Please do not. We never ask for customer files and we delete any that arrive. Use the format request form above and name the bank, payer, or software instead.

What is a reconciliation certificate?

A list of the arithmetic checks a tool ran on your result, whether each one passed, and when. If any check fails, the result is marked not verified and exports are labeled UNVERIFIED.

How do I cancel or get a refund?

From your account page. Manage billing opens the Stripe customer portal for cancelling or changing plans. Refunds within 14 days of a payment are issued automatically from the same page.

How do I sign in?

Enter your email on the account page and open the link we send. There is no password.

Can the tools tell me what to file or sign?

No. The tools calculate and verify numbers. They do not give legal, tax, or medical advice.
